Our Policies
-
All services are HIPAA-compliant. Client information is kept confidential and secure in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
-
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to the full session fee, except in emergencies.
-
At this time, services are private pay. We’re happy to provide a superbill if your insurance company accepts out-of-network reimbursement for music therapy.
-
Rates vary based on session length, location, and service type. Contact us directly for a personalized quote or to discuss sliding scale options.

1. Inclusivity
We create spaces where all identities, abilities, and lived experiences are honored. Everybody is welcome here. We believe music therapy should be available to all, regardless of financial, cognitive, physical, or cultural barriers. We actively work to reduce stigma and increase access.2. Person-Centered Care
Each client is the expert of their own journey. We meet them where they are—emotionally, physically, and musically. When patients require teams to manage their care, we are dedicated to collaboration; we work with clients, families, caregivers and professionals–to support shared goals and holistic care.3. Clinical Integrity
Our work is grounded in research, guided by ethical standards, and continually shaped by education and reflective practice. We use our professional connections and experience to increase awareness of music therapy, and provide a mouthpiece for communities often overlooked or misunderstood.4. Empowerment
We focus on strengths, not deficits. Through music, clients discover their voice, agency, and capacity to grow. We lead with empathy, creating therapeutic spaces rooted in kindness, presence, and respect for each person’s story.
